This system we used an RFID Reader that I bought from shopee but it doesn't come with an RFID Card, it's plug & play, what's great about the qr code attendance is that the time in and time out is real time, most of them already Companies are using it, I hope you can also try it with your plan to make a system using this RFID Reader with Card, it's nice for me to use it so it's biometrics at its speed we just need to study carefully what code do you want to apply to this system.
